BLUES ON THE ROAD TOMORROW - NEWS ON ADDITIONS TO THE SQUAD

Burnham go to Leighton Town tomorrow in the Zamaretto League Division One Central.  Town have won one, drawn one and lost one in the league so far.  They, like us, have progressed to the next round of the FA Cup beating Heybridge Swifts at the second time of asking.  Kick off tomorrow is 3pm and the ground address is Lake Street, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 1RX.

Jamie has added to his squad for the weekend bring in Lee Togwell from Chalfont St Peter and Yash Romeo has joined again from Hungerford Town.

COLNEY HEATH TO VISIT IN THE FA CUP

Colney Heath won their replay on Tuesday at FC Clacton 5-1 and will now visit The Gore a week on Saturday in the FA Cup First Qualifying Round.  The Hertfordshire based outfit come from, like Chalfont St Peter, the Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division.

BLUES SUFFER HOME DEFEAT

Burnham conceded two first half goals against neighbours Beaconsfielf SYCOB at The Gore this evening. Aaron McLeish scored from the spot on 18 minutes and added a second two minutes before the break. Despite an improved second half performance from the Blues the score stayed 2-0. (more later)
